THE FLAT OUTLET handles development projects on the exclusivity basis. We offer the following services:

• analysis of the competitors’ market, customers’ needs at the selected location and definition of a target group;
• consultation with the technical department in order to define solutions with a view to commercial attractiveness of an Investment;
• preparation of price lists for the first stage of the Investment and their update in agreement with the Investor;
• preparation of standard documents, including draft contracts and commercial information circulation;
• preparation of the marketing and advertising strategy based on the budget approved by the Investor;
• creation of a sale office in the Investment area, if requested so by the Developer;
• Investment promotion among the selected customers from the data base of Unia Nieruchomości and won due to advertisements and during additional promotional actions, including fairs, “open days” and other events;
• business negotiations with the customer and legal and credit-related services until conclusion of the sales contract.

The projects implemented by us include:

• Green House – residential and commercial building at the junction of Niepodległości and Madalińskiego streets (BUDIZOL S.A.) – comprehensive sales;
• Gracja Apartments – small multi-flat buildings located in Warsaw’s Wilanów district at Bruzdowa street (Materzyńscy s.c.) – preparation of the advertising strategy, development of sales tools and sales;
• Saska Kępa Plaza – an apartment building in Warsaw’s Saska Kępa district  (Saska Kępa Plaza Sp. z o.o.) – preparation of the advertising campaigns and conduct of the sale office in the investment area;
• Zaborówek Eco-Friendly Houses – energy-efficient housing estate near the Kampinos Forest (LAGUN BAU POLSKA) – cooperation from the designing stage (acquisition of land, market analysis, loan-related services for the Investor), through development of advertising campaigns and sale tools, participation in fairs, to services for purchasers;
• Malczewskiego 8 – residential premises within a superstructure (private investor) – supervision of the as-built documentation, organisation of the legal situation of the investment, sale service;
• Woodlands Residence – a small investment involving 12 apartments in Warsaw’s Radość / Miedzeszyn districts (Wacław Słowik, Dariusz Zaliwski i wspólnicy-Sp. Komandytowa) – development of the advertising campaign and sale tools, as well as sale service.
