On 15 September 2003 one signed a notarial deed establishing Unia Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o. One month later the first office of Unia Nieruchomości – in Al. Solidarności 117, started to operate.
One year later Unia Nieruchomości celebrated its first anniversary, with its doubled and stable employee composition.
In June 2005 one established the second office of Unia Nieruchomości in Kochanowskiego street (specializing in the local market of Bielany, Bemowo, Żoliborz districts and adjacent locations).
In December of the same year the team of Unia Nieruchomości worked on a development vision of the agency and the real estate market in Poland.
We commonly came to the conclusion that the rapid technology development will cause that the services of real estate agencies will be used mainly by the customers, who aware expect a fully professional and complex service. Their needs will be satisfied at the best by an agency which disposes of a perfect information flow and synchronization of office and on site work.
With respect to these conclusions, we created Our Company’s Mission, which is:
“UN guarantees safety, comfort and satisfaction,
by means of internal and external cooperation,
understanding of the customers’ needs and quick response”
Such clearly formulated Mission reminds the Agents every day of the most important targets of work in Unia Nieruchomości.
As from December 2005 Unia Nieruchomości has possessed its own House in Mokotów District, which incorporates the Southern Branch (providing services for Mokotów, Ursynów, Wilanów districts and surrounding locations on Warsaw suburban area), where one concludes agreements, conducts trainings and corporate events (depending on the weather – on the terrace or in the Conference Room).
The next new office was opened by UN in April 2006 in Filtrowa street (operating in Ochota, Włochy, Ursus districts and surrounding locations on Warsaw suburban area), whereas in June 2007 it opened the office in Łojewska street in Bródno district (the office provides services for the whole right part of Warsaw and the surrounding area).
Thanks to specialized branches Unia Nieruchomości guarantees the knowledge of local marker, its specificity, process and disposes of an extended base of Purchasers. Their needs are perfectly recognized and satisfied by the Agents, who operate in the office and on site efficiently, quickly and professionally.
Unia Nieruchomości promotes standards set by the Polish Real Estate Federation, so it provides services at the highest level and according to the principles of professional ethics.
UN participated also in the works of Warsaw Association of Real Estate Agents – participating among others in the trainings with agents from the whole country and from abroad.
As from 2007 our Company has been certified according to ISO 9001:2000 requirements within the scope of real estate agency.
